1. Introduction

This manual provides guidance for the safe handling, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Sweetmyo Hub1 System. Read it carefully before your first session and keep a copy available during training.

Indication for Use: Over-the-counter device intended to stimulate healthy muscles to improve or facilitate muscle performance. For adult use only.

2. Terminology

  • Sweetmyo: The Sweetmyo® trademark.
  • Sweetmyo Hub1 System: Hub1 Terminal, Training Suit, Mobile App, and this Manual.
  • Owner: Registered owner of a component/system.
  • User: Any individual operating or maintaining system components.

3. Symbol Glossary

Common labeling and textile-care symbols include: Consult IFU, Warning, Temperature/Humidity limits, Manufacturer, Serial Number, WEEE, FCC, Wash cold 30 °C, Do not bleach, Hang dry, Do not iron/steam.

4. Warning & Safety

Important: Adults 18+ only. Keep components out of reach of children and animals.

  • Never use with implantable or life-supporting medical devices (e.g., pacemakers).
  • Do not use in high humidity, at bedtime, while driving, or for sessions longer than 80 minutes.
  • Remove metal accessories that could contact electrodes. Do not plug/unplug with wet hands.

Consult a physician before use if you have heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have fever, infection, or skin disorders.

5. System Components

Box contents: (1) Training suit, (2) Hub1 Terminal, (3) USB cable, (4) Instructions.

App: iOS 12.4+ / Android 9.0+. Controls programs, intensities, stimulation cycles, and electrode contact.

6. Direction For Use

  1. Moisten electrodes, wear suit, connect Hub1.
  2. Turn on Hub1. Charge if indicator is red/off.
  3. Open App → Add device → Enable Bluetooth → Connect.
  4. Select program; increase intensity gradually.
  5. After training, power off, remove suit, wash, and rest.

7. Training Modes

Modes differ by pulse frequency, contraction duration, and rest cycles. Device LEDs indicate Bluetooth, standby, or training states.

8. Storage & Maintenance

  • Wipe Hub1 with a damp cloth; avoid water ingress.
  • Store in a dry, cool place away from sunlight.
  • Wash suit cold (~30 °C); no bleach or softener; air-dry.

9. Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Cannot find device Charge Hub; enable Bluetooth (and Location).
Uneven output Adjust fit; dampen electrodes.
Prickly sensation Lower intensity; moisten contact.
No stimulation Ensure Hub is connected and App active.
