I've tried own multiple EMS devices and own one other full body suit, and SweetMyo stands out for the quality of the muscle stimulation. The sine wave at 2000 Hz is noticeably smoother and deeper than the rectangular pulses used by my other suit. It feels clean and tingly instead of sharp or zappy, and I’m amazed how the signal from the shoulder blade/trap pads travels down my arms — great activation without direct pads there.
What really impressed me are the preset protocols. Instead of simple on/off cycling (like the ones on other full body suits), SweetMyo has intelligent ramps: quick pulses that build into a gradual crescendo, then taper off. It feels more natural and effective.
The suit has solid coverage on key areas (chest, traps/shoulder blades, lower back, abs, back of thighs), and the larger controller with cooling fans and Texas Instruments chips shows they put real engineering into it. Battery life is the main downside — I get about 30 minutes per charge at higher intensities and have had it shut down, assumingly on thermal protection, which is shorter than some competitors. Still, the quality of the contractions makes it worth it.
Another big plus is how easy the SweetMyo is to put on and take off compared to the one-piece full-body suits like Titan/Visionbody. No wrestling with a tight jumpsuit — it’s much more user-friendly for quick sessions.
If you want that premium, refined EMS experience with advanced programming instead of basic muscle on/off, this is the one. Highly recommended for recovery, circulation, and serious training. I’d buy again and I’m hoping they expand the pad layout in future versions!
I'm Sweetmyo IDGG backer (Pledge ID 12185378E). The S size suit that I got is too small and I cannot fit in. I emailed your support and was told a replacement wil be shipped to me sice early Dec2025.
I never got it and your support never reply to me again no matter how many time I send an e-mail.
Now the thing is unusable.
Been using the Burn Mode regularly and it’s become one of my favorite parts of the routine. The intensity control is very precise, and around 50–60% already gives a strong, effective workout without feeling overwhelming.
I like how the session is structured—easy to follow, smooth transitions, and you can really feel the muscles engaging, especially in the core and lower body. The calorie tracking and APC feedback also make it feel more measurable and motivating.
Great balance between performance and usability.
I’ve been using the Sweetmyo suit for a few weeks now and honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. As a woman, I was a bit concerned about comfort and fit at first, but the suit feels secure without being restrictive, and the sessions are surprisingly easy to fit into my routine.
What I really appreciate is how it targets my core and glutes—I’ve started to notice better muscle activation and even some improvement in posture. It’s not a replacement for all workouts, but it’s been a really effective addition, especially on busy days.
The app took a little getting used to, but once set up, the experience has been smooth. Overall, I feel more toned and energized, and it’s made staying consistent much easier.
Everything works as expected. Stable performance, clean design, and practical for ongoing muscle training.
