1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All standard orders for Sweetmyo® systems and accessories are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your package is dispatched from our international fulfillment facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with full tracking credentials.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & TIMELINES

Shipping and Delivery Time Standard delivery: Usually 10–15 business days after dispatch. Local warehouse delivery: For eligible orders shipped from a local warehouse, delivery usually takes around 1 week. Shipping origin: Orders may ship from different locations depending on the destination and stock availability. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, major sales events, customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

3. DUTIES, TAXES & ORDER POLICIES

Order Finality Notice: Once an order is completed, our automated logistics network begins fulfillment immediately. Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or re-routed while in transit. Customs & Import Duties: Unless otherwise specified as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) during checkout, international shipments may be subject to local import taxes, VAT, or customs inspection fees imposed by the destination country.
