I've tried own multiple EMS devices and own one other full body suit, and SweetMyo stands out for the quality of the muscle stimulation. The sine wave at 2000 Hz is noticeably smoother and deeper than the rectangular pulses used by my other suit. It feels clean and tingly instead of sharp or zappy, and I’m amazed how the signal from the shoulder blade/trap pads travels down my arms — great activation without direct pads there.
What really impressed me are the preset protocols. Instead of simple on/off cycling (like the ones on other full body suits), SweetMyo has intelligent ramps: quick pulses that build into a gradual crescendo, then taper off. It feels more natural and effective.
The suit has solid coverage on key areas (chest, traps/shoulder blades, lower back, abs, back of thighs), and the larger controller with cooling fans and Texas Instruments chips shows they put real engineering into it. Battery life is the main downside — I get about 30 minutes per charge at higher intensities and have had it shut down, assumingly on thermal protection, which is shorter than some competitors. Still, the quality of the contractions makes it worth it.
Another big plus is how easy the SweetMyo is to put on and take off compared to the one-piece full-body suits like Titan/Visionbody. No wrestling with a tight jumpsuit — it’s much more user-friendly for quick sessions.
If you want that premium, refined EMS experience with advanced programming instead of basic muscle on/off, this is the one. Highly recommended for recovery, circulation, and serious training. I’d buy again and I’m hoping they expand the pad layout in future versions!
